RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
All returns require a Return Authorization. Please call or email Tactical Investments, LLC before returning any items. Items without a valid Return Authorization will not be accepted.
Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 10 days of receipt.
Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.
***A 15% restocking fee is applied on returns and exchanges.***
No returns on ammunition, guns (see firearm transfer procedures ), and closeouts.

Once you submit your order to Tactical Investments, LLC and it has been processed and shipped we cannot change or cancel your order. Please make sure you want the item(s) before you submit the order. Any changes or cancellations after shipment will be subject to our return policy.
Customers are able to cancel an order any time before the item ships. If you cancel your order after the end of the business day that you placed the order, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee. (Orders placed after 6:00PM CST will have until the close of business the following day.) If you cancel your order before the end of business we will not assess the cancellation fee.
NEW FIREARM RETURNS
VERY IMPORTANT - FIREARM RETURNS!! Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, we cannot accept returns on firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. In any situation, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items. **Upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer's warranty policy). By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees associated with returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer. Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees.
PICKING UP ITEMS FROM OUR RETAIL STORE
If you intend to pick up an order from our retail store, please allow 4 business days before attempting pickup. When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email informing you that your order has arrived and is available, typically in 4-7 business days.
We must charge Tennessee sales tax (9.75%) if you pick a gun up from the retail store. (You should see this amount calculated into your order before you complete your purchase).
If you are not a legal resident of Tennessee, you cannot pick up a handgun from our store; you must have the gun transferred to a dealer in your state. You may pick up a rifle or shotgun from our store if it is legal to own it in your state of residence. Please see “FIREARM TRANSFER PROCEDURES”.
